In this position I provide M&A financial due diligence for various large private equity and other strategic acquirers. I have 13 years of experience with Deloitte, including over 4 years in in M&A Transaction services. My expereience has included deals in multiple industries and deal values up to $4 billion (e.g., technology, consumer business, energy, retail, etc.) .I previously served a 3 year assignment in Deloitte’s National Office serving its most strategic and largest clients. Previous to that assignment, I provided recurring financial statement independent audit services to many of Deloitte’s largest and most strategic clients, in a variety of industries focusing maining on manufacturing and energy clients.
