Current- Provided equipment for customers (Laptops, docking stations) and pertaining equipment to support Air Force mission needs.
- Updated and queried databases for equipment, equipment hand receipts, and equipment manifests
- Performed troubleshooting and troubleshooting procedures for computer related issues (Audio functionality, drivers, BIOS, etc.)
- Facilitated equipment moves and ensured that inventories were stocked (Toner, Laptops, Desktop Computers, DVDRW Drives, etc.)
- Imaged Computers to wipe previous data and reuse equipment for new customers.
- Communicated with customers via answering phones and ADPE email inbox to ensure customer needs were met.
