As project manager at Somfy Smart Home, I lead the internal and external project team of two next generation home automation gateways branded by Somfy. Both product are consumer electronics with high degree of esthetic quality and product usability. First project (TaHoma switch) is managed as ODM. Second one is OEM and design per Somfy internal teams. I released specification packages and insure integrity of documentation inputs for manufacturer.My role is to keep teams synchronized and make everything ready to go for mass production. As part of Masternaut Product Management Team, I define and drive implementation of company ecoDriving and Maintenance solution My high expertise on information systems and IT are also used on internal product for tooling company cloud operations.I also lead an mobile web app dedicated to engineers for commissionning vehicles on the field (about 3K jobs per month) .I'm responsible for Dashboard monitoring applications behaviour and quality of service for more than 200K telematic unit on the road.I'm Product Owner of a feature team mainly oriented to develop this cloud tooling applications. My role is to define product future development and priority, verify that implementation are functional, efficient and future proof, I communicate change to users and help support to track bugs.
