I have been involved in building and managing projects and people in some capacity most of my adult life.  I pride myself on being organized, timely, professional and true to my word. I grew up in and around the real estate and building business locally (with projects as large as creating casino nightclubs and restaurants), as well as in Costa Rica (building a hotel, house, bar and restaurant) and Miami. I understand the value of servicing year-round, weekend and summer customers That being said, for the next chapter in my occupational timeline I have decided to take the knowledge I have acquired building and managing and combine that with the acute understanding I have of the area to help people with their real estate needs. I understand the value of customer service and what it means to be responsive. I am very fortunate to be able to hang my license in Soleil Sotheby’s International Realty in Margate, effective immediately. I can help you find a mover, a builder, a handy man or just about anything you might need in regard to your move. I know the area, I know the people, I know the schools, as I am a third generation local and I’m happy to help.
