At CIL, I spearheaded the digitalization of the company to optimize office operations in payroll, billing,‬‭ and scheduling‬. Conducted a thorough assessment of management software, selecting the best solution to meet company needs. Mastered SLS & ILS management software and trained employees both in-person and remotely on its usage. Increased clients by 7.8% and expanded staff by 13.8% through SEO and design.

My position focuses on educating adults with developmental disabilities to learn how to live independently, helping manage the hours worked with clients, and writing reports regarding the progress of our clients. I am familiar with excel and word documents; I help calculate all the employees' hours provided to clients to finalize a weekly report.

At HeadRace, I learned Retool and overhauled Retool Database to improve data point accuracy and database integrity. I created and enriched recruiter and employer profiles to build marketplace traction, leading to Account Completion moving from 13% to 96.9% in 3 weeks. I developed management reporting dashboards and tooling using SQL and HubSpot to provide granular insights into sales efficiency and efficacy. I also created playbooks and recorded Looms to document operational processes and lower overhead for customers and internal employees.

I used a Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) and a drone to accurately scan the terrain to convert it digitally into a 3D model. I used TLS software to fine detail the scan and then exported it to AutoCad to ensure it was usable for the engineers. In addition to that, I created a safety checklist for the drone. I was also able to help out an engineer with photoshopping a picture of a landscape they wanted to see without a component.
