At Nosebag Scotland, we provide hearty, nutritious, traditional Scottish food that uses locally sourced produce that can be enjoyed in a variety of informal settings. We support local producers, makers, growers and businesses whilst promoting and developing the ‘field to fork’ concept’ and minimising food miles and wastage. Our brand is warm and inviting, welcoming and relaxed whatever the setting through the provision of efficient customer service and dressing of environment. We are child and family friendly in our settings, menu’s and values and staff are highly knowledgeable about the food and produce origins. There are 3 elements to the business:Nosebag @ Cambo Stables - Operates as a pop-up café in the newly converted Cambo Stables Visitor Centre. We offer a simple and concise menu covering breakfast, brunch and lunch and include a childrens menu. A daily selection of homemade cakes and traybakes and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Nosebag Scotland Catering - We provide catering for external events, mostly but not exclusively at Cambo Stables Visitor Centre. The catering element of the business is operational during and outwith cafe opening hours.Nosebag Scotland Street Food ***Due Spring 2018*** - Nosebag Scotland will become mobile! Operating from a converted and refurbished vintage Rice Horse Trailer, we will be taking Fife’s freshest, richest and tastiest produce to a much wider market through Scotland. We will offer our simple traditional Scottish food at various events, festivals, weddings, markets and corporate activities.
