As a cell leader I have the responsibility of leading the new model cell at Conagra Foods, Troy, OH. I am working with all of the teams across the brand to model and replicate the best practices and strategies for our business. My cell includes 2 different lines and I have responsibility for 85 - 90 people on my shift. I am also OSHA 30 certified, Kaizen and Simple Root Cause Analysis trained.

As a supervisor I had repsonsibility for the entire raw meat production process for the Slim Jim brand. I saw the ingredients through to the finished product. I was responsible for the training and development of new as well as veteran associates. I handled controls such as labor and materials as well as other aspects of overhead expense. My primary job function was to provide support and leadership to the associate producing our products.

As a quality assurance technician I had responsibility for making sure that everything in the plant from incoming ingredients and materials to the finished goods as well as the facilty itself were in a condition that would enable us to provide safe, quality products to our consumers.
