Mitigating vulnerabilities w Splunk to minimize risks of malware/intrusion.Providing BI to management w SQL Server, ERP reporting, and live data via ODBC.Developing, maintaining, and updating docs w Crystal Reports to meet company needs, maximize process efficiency for critical aerospace industry parts.Maintain, replace and upgrade ~100 workstations and software in office/factory environments for SSO, multi-user and kiosks/vending machines w remote inventory control for specialized tooling.Monitor, configure, and replace network infrastructure (Juniper firewalls, IPS, & smart switches) wSolarwinds & Lansweeper, w PuTTY console for quick config and replacement.Process on/offboard employees via Cherwell ticketing, w Powershell automation.AD management of OUs & GPOs for access control.Test & monitor backups w Veeam, monthly recovery drills to ensure integrity.Maintain replacement ready hardware to minimize user downtime.Ensure company policy regarding ITAR is followed to protect Federal government aerospace &defense industry sensitive data.Train employees in using current NIST standards for password complexity, phishing &scam email recognition w simulated malicious emails and KnowBe4 training program.Utilize CyberArk password vault with rotating passwords, separate access accounts for daily use,workstation, and server administration duties along with Yubikey, smartcard control, and WindowsHello for Business with ‘passwordless’ configuration to balance network security with ease of use forend users.Ensure IT process documentation is up to date and in place for frequent tasks such as managementof Microsoft 365 licensing and deployment, configuration of company assets like Apple iPhones andiPads, company device enrollment into Intune with MFA, printer maintenance and deployment, andspecialized software installation such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and CATIA.
