In charge of the new investment and Capex Management for ASEAN perimeter from the Budget elaboration until the startup of the equipment.• Manage all new program in term of industrialization (New paintline, Program Vinfast, Ford UP703 704, Plant improvement HSE, quality, productivity…)• Deployed new strategic process for ASEAN fitting with the local customer need: Painting, Microjet, Thin Wall, Pad Printing, Premium Covering...investigated some future technology for FIS Thailand (TOM, IML, IMD, Laser graving, Robot Painting, automation…) • New process link to Digital transformation, DMC, CNC Cutting, CNC sewing, deployment of the total conformity process for the Premium Covering (follow all process lead-time in order to guarantees the final gluing quality…)
