Man of action and organization, I lead change through skills development, customer orientation and innovation.As an engineer with a master's degree in quality management, I have acquired a solid experience of operational excellence standards in the automotive sector as well as in the process and transformation industry.During my different missions, in a human and international context, I've contributed to make the difference by deploying transformation and continuous improvement projects, allowing to significantly increase the perceived product quality level and productivity at the same time.As an operational manager in direct link with the strategy, I lead :- the definition of performance objectives and relevant indicators,- the evaluation of the risks and opportunities of the different processes of the company,- the elaboration and follow-up of the deployment plan (road map),- the construction and consolidation of monitoring plans for the various activities,- the daily management of quality, continuous improvement and good manufacturing practices aimed at operational excellence and sustainable development.- Coordination of projects to improve process control (6 sigma type),- the development of the teams' skills in the main tools and methods (8D, QRQC, 5S ...).
