Throughout my career in senior-level leadership roles I have surpassed standards of excellence and continued to support strategic growth. I specialize in all areas of logistics and transportation, as well as human resources disciplines, and my background is diverse and distinguished. I oversee all aspects of corporate compliance with accountability for managing contracts, negotiations, and conflict resolution. In addition, I guide regulatory affairs priorities and assist with legal affairs in a managerial capacity. Prior to this I led as COO with Sho-Air International during an extensive tenure where I revamped processes and maximized executive-level planning and execution. I accomplished ambitious goals and always take great pride in my ability to strategize budgets and forecasts, streamline operating procedures, elevate quality and logistics productivity. In addition to my hands on experience, I have a law and computer science degree in addition to my MBA with concentration in organizational psychology and development.
