 Starting of SQA operations at Nissan Brazil before the opening of the first Nissan plant in Brazil. Hiring and training process for new members. Quality Evaluations of suppliers for new projects for all commodities and manufacturing processes (assembly, welding, casting, forging, machining, plastic injection, painting, etc). Promote the development and improvement of suppliers through Kaizen plan activities and monitoring of quality performance (PPM, Warranty).

 QMS audits to current and new suppliers. Coordination of Supplier Score Card. Management of ANPQP training to suppliers during development phase.

Mexico

 Supplier Chargeback (Recovery of warranty claims monetary amount from suppliers). Testing of new project vehicles in different states and roads to identify quality improvement areas and make countermeasures before the launching. Nissan manufacturing plant evaluations (ISO, Important A/B, Corrosion, Labels & Part list) Supplier Score Card raw data management.

Mexico

 Creation of the documentation for the implementation of the Quality system under the ISO 9000:2000 standard in an Oil platforms company. Creation of the material for the certification campaign and support to train the employees on the Quality system requirements in the Oil platforms company. Support to conduct the supplier audits. Coordination of the certification campaign and support to train the employees at ICA Fluor.
