General description : Inside AFD Technologies Managed Services’ division, I am responsible as a Bid Manager/Pre-Sales Engineer of the conception and the architecture of technical and functional solutions, in line with AFD Technologies’ clients’ needs.The main goal of these solutions is to support Large Accounts (Ministère de la Justice, Orange France, SNCF, SFR, DISIC ...) in a highly competitive environment, by optimizing their managerial organization and increasing their productivity. Thus, my actions take place throughout network’s lifecycle, in order to suggest more efficient tools, processes and methodologies, then ensure the delivery of the approved solution. 1) Main tasks : =>Pre Sales :- Support key account managers to build a realistic, efficient and viable business model, - Qualify clients’ needs and identify opportunities to improve existing organizations, - Design technical and functional solutions with the objective of enhancing the clients ROI- Design Managed Services’ offers with a commitment to results and collaborate with the delivery teams, to qualify the risk of a transition to a project mode management,- Supervise the pricing strategy and build the financial model,- Define projects KPIs and validate collection process with the delivery teams, => Bid Management : - Lead the response to RFPs during the bidding process,- Draft the technical and commercial bid,- Defend shortlisted offers during oral presentations, - Review business agreements and contracts’ terms, 2) Recent successful projects :- Orange France (Turn over > 6 M€)- DISIC (french governement), (Turn over > 2 M€)- ARCEP (Turnover < 1M€)- SFR (Turnover < 1M€)- Banque de France (Turnover < 1M€)
