In my most recent role, I presided over a 10-member sales team with responsibility for securing $75k in monthly finance and insurance sales for a new and used Ford Dealer. Additionally, I supported vehicle appraisal efforts and generated daily activity and sales production reports.Our team produced $75k+ in monthly new business revenue (100%+ of goal) and consistently exceeded our $900 profit per vehicle retailed (PVR) target. I am also credited with designing and implementing improved lender criteria that added a 50% financing requirement resulting in an increase in aftermarket product sales.While I’m proud of all that I accomplished in such a short timeframe, I am anxiously awaiting the next challenge to conquer!

I held concurrent responsibilities for managing the performances of a diverse sales team, conducting new hire training and continuing education courses, and overseeing used car inventory.I led our team to aggressively pursue its sales targets, generate $100k in monthly sales, and exceed progressively increasing revenue goals. To perpetuate our forward momentum, I always made time to spearhead candidate assessment and selection, ensuring our ongoing acquisition of top talent. Last, but certainly not least, I initiated negotiations/renegotiations with all lenders and secured lower interest rates.

I engaged with prospective clients, performed detailed needs assessments, and presented/proposed the finance and insurance products that met the unique needs of each customer while managing a sales team and placing significant focus on ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.I guided our sales team to produce between $60k and $70k in monthly new business revenue while obtaining favorable interest rates from multiple lenders by leading daily negotiations.

I built a thriving small business from the ground up that specialized in direct mail marketing services for auto dealerships. I hired and led a sales team that was tasked with driving new customer acquisition and oversaw the execution of all client campaigns.Throughout my tenure, we generated average monthly revenues of $3k to $5k and launched effective social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
