Perform, repair and maintenance tasks on doors, furniture and fixtures in an effective and timely manner.  Investigate possible problems and propose solutions.  Carry out electrical repair, carpentry, painting and minor plumbing issues.  Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis.  Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair and maintenance jobs.  Drywall: patch, repair and install drywall.  Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains, and clear finishes.  Cut and install base and crown moldings.  Complete demolition of flooring.  Install sub flooring materials, laminate and wood flooring.  Minor electrical i.e. change out light fixtures, remove and install electrical outlets and switches.  Install and remove appliances.
