Currently work as a Client Solutions Specialist and conduct back office operations for SMA, MSP and UMA’s using the VestmarkONE portfolio management platform on behalf of the Investment Manager.Open, close and maintain all accounts on the Vestmark platformReconcile, observe and instruct rebalance trades to the Investment Manager in order to keep in line with the manager’s strategy for both Domestic Equities and Fixed Income.Work with Sponsors/Custodians/Brokers/Dealers in order to resolve failed trades.Respond to client inquiries that result in initiating trade activity to invest cash/security deposits, raise cash to meet client’s request, tax harvesting or any other account maintenance request.Create and execute test scenarios in a UAT environment for Vestmark platform upgrades before being released to production.Act as a liaison between traders, brokers, sponsors and system vendors in order to resolve electronic trading issues.Research, monitor and post corporate actions.

Currently serve as a client account manager for the Separately Managed Accounts. Work closely with broker/dealer firms, portfolio managers and sales group to ensure accurate recording of client data through all stages of processing.Perform daily account reconciliation with sponsors firms and broker/dealers to identify cash levels and alert portfolio manager of any rebalancing needs to keep acccount in line with manager’s strategy.• Provide account performance analysis to sales group and brokers• Work directly with controllers to ensure all billable accounts are charged the proper fee before invoices are sent.• Prepare quarterly reports for non-wrap clients.• Run daily reports for all private client accounts to compare to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control list and report all findings to compliance for review.
