My primary focus is sitting on both Boards and Advisory boards relating to the retail and consumer sector where I utilize my significant industry experience as both a CEO and board member.I also assist businesses with the following;- Turnarounds and growth opportunities- Omni- Channel and digital transformation.- Mergers and Acquisitions- CEO mentoringI have over thirty-five years of industry experience in international and national organisations covering, retail, wholesale, licensing, marketing, and product development.In 2005, I started The PAS Group under Private Equity and successfully led the organisation to an ASX listing in 2014, marking a significant milestone in our journey.Following the merger of The PAS Group and Brand Collective in March 2022, I assumed the role of CEO of the combined group, now known as Brand Collective. This role allowed me to utilize my expertise and experience in driving transformation growth within the organisation.I have gained valuable experience in leadership, mergers and acquisitions, integration and change management throughout my career. These experiences have deepened my understanding of driving successful transitions and fostering organizational development.As I embark on the next chapter of my career, I am now focusing on Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board roles.I am currently Chairman of Cue Clothing and on the board of e Star and Viare (NZ). I am also on the Advisory board of Belgravia Apparel.
