Facebook University (or FBU) is an 8-week immersive summer program for freshman and sophomore university students. I was one of seven Mentors who helped instruct the summer Android program for 120 students of varying technical backgrounds while teaching students practical mobile development skills, like debugging, source control, project planning, and refactoring.

At Sierra Pacific Industries, I developed and maintained business-critical applications while providing high-quality documentation.

As a Technical Program Manager at CodePath, my job was to manage the CodePath curriculum at Humboldt State University and provide technical support to the students of the class. My responsibilities included giving a short presentation of the weekly topics and activities, provide technical support for students during labs and assignments, making sure students are on track with the course, managing in-class operations (attendance and activity flow), and advocating for the needs of my students.

Updated and added features to an already existing LAMP stack. I developed version 1 with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML. Then for version 2, I developed the website with React.js, Reactstrap, MongoDB, JSON, and Node.js.

I worked alongside the library staff at Humboldt State University to develop a web application to help automate the process in which they conduct sitting use surveys. This web application uses a LAMP stack with technologies such as JavaScript, Leaflet.js, PHP, CSS, HTML, and jQuery. While working with the library, I used an Agile Methodology with two-week sprints and weekly stand-up meetings.
