Build 7*24 Oncall shift and monitoring the system to detect potential live issue and problems in advance and take proactive measures to resolve issue or reduce business impact2. Making the first triage for incident to define the priority and trying to solve the issue by Knowledge Base System3. Coordinate between the L1 and L3 team to solve issues within the SLA and update status timely to L1 team4. Host Retrospective meetings after the incidents to investigate root cause, preventative measures and resolution. Tracking the follow-up tasks come out from the meeting. 5. Record the incident details in Knowledge Base system.Configuration Operation1. Participate in Configuration Design for New Project 2. Maintain Configuration change on each environments except dev environment3. Support Cycle/Off-Cycle release for business toggle/configuration changeUtility Application Management/Operation1. Owner for codes and agile software tools and make the permission control. (Git, JIRA, Service Now)2. Owner for all application admin tools for business operation3. Design and Develop the Utility Applications.(System Mornitoring Dashboard, TimeSheet tools, Knowledge Base, API Gateway and CMS)
