In this role I developed and compiled a tender that was successful in upgrading and modernising the CCTV and access control systems of a large stadium in Sydney. After the tendering process I was in responsible for the delivery of the project which involved constant consultation and updates with the client as well as working closely with contractors and distributors to deliver the project within budget and timeframes even whilst going through the changes of workplace conditions from COVID.The upgrade included upgrading an access control system that was end of life to a current system, bringing all cameras into a single system that integrates with the access control system and gives the users the ability to remotely mange their site.
