My responsibilities were to design, develop and maintain a self-service solution for the engineering team and the defense data center covering the reliability, safety and logistics of aerospace engines and marine assets in world-wide service. • Developed a self-service solution and implemented report automation which increased productivity.• Implemented a security model and managed users and content within the Cognos environment.• Involved in the retirement of legacy reporting tools and developing equivalent reports in Cognos.• Created interactive dashboards using the active report feature to enhance the end user experience.• Involved in Cognos 8 to Cognos 10 upgrade project from a reporting perspective.

Within this role I was responsible for the management and coordination of all graphic design projects from initial concept right through to producing print ready artwork and overseeing final print production.
