Provided oversight and manged the daily operations of the Medical Supplies and equipment stored, maitained, assemble and replenish in a 100K square foot warehouse. The warehouse is comprised of five department and which provides direct and indirect medical logistical support to the entire Marine Expeditionary Forces East and its supporting units, in the continental US and abroad.

Afghanistan

Managed the health services for the Battalion Aid Station (field clinic), coordinated and dispatched all Corpsmen to their respective convoys for medical coverage. Led a team of 26 sailors on a successful tour, with incredible results all eligible candidates met the personal qualifying standards to earn their warfare devices, through rigoreous physical training they all pass their height and weight requirements, and through dedicated mentorship and strict guidance we achieved various college enrollments, and several achievement medal awarded for their contribution to the team. Maintain and supervise all data enter into patient records. Submitted and reported to the executive branch of the battalion all status on patients leaving the area of operations and kept them abreast until patient reached final destination.

Managed all aspects of the dental clinic, but not limited to scheduling of patient and personnel. Monthly dental readiness reports for specified population of the clinic. Providing oversight of proper record keeping and filing. Oversseing proper infection control techniques and etiquete was maitain troughout the clinic. Provided insight to the clinic director on opportunitties to stream line some of the processes. Supervised the civilian employees time card adherance in accordance to regulations.

Somewhere In The Mediterranean

Supervised the medical and dental detachment on board the USS Kearsarge which average 130 patientient monthly. Routinely provided my subordinates and peers with professional knowledge by crosstraining them in dental procedures and record verification, this created a winning team between field Corpsman (medic) and Dental Corpsman assigned to the unit. Develo[pe the criteria and supervised the creation of a Dental Information Retrieval System the data base would produce accurate count of all procedure rendered and the quivalent of the civilian sectors in terms of value.

Managed and supervised the Command's Safety, Hazardous Material, Linen Services, Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (barracks/dorms), Command postal services and Facility Maintenance. Ran all programs in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Led the department in the design and cotracting procedures for three new mobile dental units.
