• Report directly to Site Manager• Responsible in direct implementation of Welder and Welding Operator Qualification Test(WQT) through the coordination of the involve section/s, group and personnel.• Responsible in preparing of Welder and Welding Operator Qualification Test Schedule.• Conduct briefing on welder based on Safety Procedure and approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) prior to Welder and Welding Operator Qualification Test.• Assess and visually inspect all the accomplish test coupon prior to final visual inspection by the classification society.• Endorse Nondestructive and Destructive Testing specimen to accredited agency and prepare Subcontractor Requisition.

• Report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.• Responsible in direct implementation of the Quality Assurance System through the coordination of the involve section/s, groups and personnel.• Responsible in assisting the Quality Control Assurance Manager in assuming that all products manufactured conforms the required quality standards.• Assure direct input of his subordinates, review and approved if appropriate in the manufacturing orders, procedures and instruction that contain the necessary provision to assure compliance with specification.• Verification of the output quality throughout the manufacturing processes through the implemented quality control measures that includes the reliable identification and verification measure for materials used.• Responsible in the orientation and training of the newly hire quality control assurance personnel.• Responsible in direct supervision of the implementation of Quality Control Assurance Laboratory work procedures to assure compliance with the specified standards.• Interpret the radiographic testing result.• Implement directly the radiation safety program.
