United Cable Direct was initially formed to provide an alternative option to cable TV service for consumers. We provide cutting edge digital technology, along with the richest range of television entertainment and information choices for residential, commercial public/private and commercial bulk accounts. Our initial consumer campaigns focused on competing with cable companies in rural Kansas Counties with outdated analog technology. Once we established a strong recurring consumer base, we expanded into urban areas to compete directly with major cable operators, such as: COX Communications, Time Warner and many others. With technological advancements, we had the tools necessary to expand sales territories from Local to Regional and now service consumers and businesses Nationwide, all at wholesale rates. In addition, the ever changing Telecommunications climate has afforded us the ability to provide consumers with multiple product options: Television, Internet, and Telephone. We recognized an area of need, with our business client and formed a Security and Surveillance division. This division provides services to commercial franchise accounts and large commercial properties and businesses. Over the last 18 years, we have surpassed over 30,000 clients and have fostered strong business relationships with Local and National organizations such as: Koch Industries, Kroger, Boeing, Spirit, Cessna Aircraft, Raytheon Aircraft, McDonalds, and Pepsi – just to name few.

Kingdom was founded in 2009 and incorporated in 2010. Kingdom is and independent energy company focused on the acquisition, exploration, exploitation, and production of crude oil and natural gas in the United States. Since its inception Kingdom has successfully secured and deployed over $100M in capital for multiple projects within North Dakota. These projects include the procurement of a substantial quantity of Land Mineral Leases, first phase Oil & Gas Well Drilling and a Crude Oil Rail Transportation Facility that will allow Kingdom to control and guarantee the timely delivery of its’ crude oil to market. Through these capital investments Kingdom has established the essential business framework and operational foundation needed to support us as we move forward to build a substantial oil and gas exploration enterprise within the hottest oil play in North America. With all of this in place, Kingdom is now ready to move forward with Phase Two of its Williston Basin Exploration Business Plan.

The KBAM Land Fund 2 is a Reg. D Rule 505 was founded in June of 2010 and incorporated in September of 2010. KBAM 2 was formed to act as a holding bank to purchase land leases for oil and gas exploration in the Williston Basin of North Dakota and to provide an apparatus for drilling for oil and gas wells therein.
