We sell in 50 countries through system integrators and a network of distribution partners. We also promote our solution not only to road authorities but also to specialized consultants designing and supervising these projects.We use Saleforce CRM to manage our sales opportunities and our customer database. The team is also active in marketing activities such as email campaigns and exhibition at tradeshows.Since I joined, we recovered profitability and grew the sales by 20%. I’m coaching the team to be more active in early stage of the sales process where we can still influence the different stakeholders. My first mission was to merge the sales teams of different companies acquired by the Tagmaster group and implement cross-selling. I’m now growing the team to improve our product / territory coverage.
