• Desktop Support: Computer, printers and hardware repairs; • Setup Computers for End Users, assist Users to login their system, SupportDifferent Users to fix hardware and software issues; • Install and support Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10; internet applications. • Support Windows Server 2008 and Windows server 2012; • Set up Local Network Cables (CAT5 & CAT6); Run CAT5 & CAT6 cables in a Local Area Network infrastructure. • Make RJ45; • Make Network points(wall boxes); • Install and Connect Network equipment: Routers, switches, Ups, Servers, Free PBX; • Install Operating System and different software on new Computers; • Install Microsoft Office all version(2010, 2013, 2016, 2019); • Perform Hardware and software Upgrade; • Join Computers on Domains; • Install software, Applications, antivirus on Computers; • Install and configure softphones (Xlite, Microsip); install and configure IP phone(yealink, Avaya,eg.); • Perform software and system backup; • Install and Run Voice and Video infrastructure over IP; • Support LAN infrastructure; • Perform Network Maintenance; • Support Voice and Video infrastructure; • Maintain the Server Room( make sure that Servers, Routers and Switches are up and traffic is flowing through LAN and WAN); • Perform Network analysis; • troubleshooting and fault finding for network problems; • Network optimization and system service; • Perform Network test; • Perform Network Monitoring on a daily basis; • Receives Users’ queries or tickets and resolve them. • Configure Outlook mails accounts, eM Client mails accounts; • Support mails account; • Remote Support ( using Team viewer, Anydesk, eg.) • Make weekly and Monthly reports and send them to the IT Managers and Director
