• Maintain accurate record of power systems performance data.• Responsible for performance monitoring to ensure implemented power solutions meets business caseobjectives.• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly performance of all power systems and make appropriaterecommendations for optimization.• Coordinate with implementation team to execute recommended optimization activities and shareperformance report as upon completion.• Support in the deployment and development of the strategies for Power Solutions for the Company.• Work with Remote Monitoring System (RMS) team for correction of inaccurate data/reports.• Develop performance trends and identify deterioration in performance of power systems and takenecessary actions to improve or rectify identified issues.• Produce an accurate daily, weekly and monthly power performance report, in the format designed bythe EMEA Power Team or as advised by his/her line manager or Head of Department• Track and record performance of all trials and initiatives post implementation.

 Coordinating and managing the Technical department which includes workshop repairs, site surveys installations and commissioning of server rooms and data centers, site repairs and preventive maintenance services. Support serviceable equipment including but not limited to: electrical switchgear, HVAC/CRAC systems, UPS systems, PDUs. Preparation of section budgets, tools and equipment management, spares sourcing and store quantity levels tracking for restocking. Scheduling and supervision of services in power protection, cooling and data center/ server rooms including site surveys, installation and commissioning, repairs and preventive maintenance services. Training and appraisal of staff, Planning and coordinating for specific product training at the manufacturer centers for extensive knowledge acquisition and licensing. Provide team leadership to a team of Field service engineers Plan training for field service representatives and ensure completion of assigned internal training. Do continuous performance reviews with the team and annual performance review submissions. Provide technical and career mentorship to team reporting to you. Represent the services department in meetings and cross-functional initiatives  Represent the company at high level technical meetings with clients. Designing electrical installations and related switchgear in accordance with relevant IEE regulation. Producing and costing bill of quantities for use by the sales teams for sales purposes. Regularly visit, monitor & manage the ongoing installation.• Update consultants and clients on Modern Data Centre designs & considerations • Ensure technical personnel are equipped with proper PPEs, tools and test equipment by replacing the ones that are worn out.• Liaise with the project managers to come up with project schedules and scope for smooth execution and completion of projects.
