> Work at the office of cabinet secretary as a supporting staff of the public sector advisor; the work includes collection and management of a database of resources and information pertinent to the mandate given to the office of the cabinet secretary in the specific areas of governance and public sector reforms.> Support the advisor in reviewing the implementation of the Directorate of Public Service Management annual work plan, target activities, and initiatives.> Assist with the extraction and research of public sector governance and reforms data from an array of sources.> Assist the advisor in supporting the review of policy and implementation of programs undertaken in the public benefit organizations (PBOs) sector.> Prepare relevant correspondences, reports, and minutes, etcetra that relate to the public sector management activities.> Support the advisor in monitoring the performance of management systems.

> Assist in the writing of briefs, press statement, congratulatory messages, note verbale, aide-memoire and researching issues that may affect Kenya’s foreign policy.> Logistic and administrative in nature such as taking minutes, answering telephone calls, and responding to emails.

> Assist in doing write ups for the ministry travel itinerary, internal memos, letters, meetings’ minutes.> Assist in sourcing and distributing promotional materials to Kenya Missions and consulates.> Assist in organizing events for welfare division such as gender workshops and HIV/AIDS, alcohol, and drug abuse awareness.> Assist in editing of the drug abuse policy. > Assist in making department’s quarterly ministerial performance contract.
