Director Of Interpretive Media
CurrentLead three teams of creative digital professionals, including managers, multimedia developers, programmers, videographers, producers, editors, and audio/visual technicians.Responsible for establishing and overseeing all Interpretive Media project budgets (~$1 million annually), department budgets (~$300K annually), and schedules ranging from weeks to multiple years.Responsible for leading user experience (UX) design for all Interpretive Media projects, including all digital signage, digital interactives, exhibit videos, and soundscapes.Lead all user interface (UI) design, storyboarding, wireframing, and flowcharting. Also lead the prototyping and usability testing processes for all Interpretive Media projects.Responsible for managing out-of-house exhibit fabricators, 3D digital artists, animators, hardware integrators, photographers, graphic artists, illustrators, music composers, and sound engineers.Aquarium’ leadership team member: represent Interpretive Media on the Visitor Experience Steering Committee, the Public Programs Committee, and the Technology Governance Committee.
