I have been a part of the film industry since 1991 when I worked on my first independent feature film in Philadelphia between my junior and senior year at college. I worked in various capacities, primarily assisting the gaffer and DP in lighting the scenes and setting up the shots. I also directed some 2nd unit scenes.Since this experience, I have produced and directed several short films of my own and I produced the independent feature film "Mary/Mary." I have also worked as a freelance sound mixer/boom operator for the past 10 years.Last year, after being diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease, I was forced to quit crew work temporarily.
