• Undertake the management of the budget of a partnership program between all Project and the ICT Chamber• Prepares monthly financial Report such as Cashbook, General Journal, Project management report, Bank reconciliation, Income statement, Balance sheet. • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information;• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.• Prepare monthly payroll and all other statutory deductions• Complies with tax regulations by preparing tax declaration, RSSB Contribution and payments Such as Corporate Income tax, Withholding Tax, PAYE, Pension, Maternity and CBHI • Prepares special financial reports of the grants and project funds.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all administration activity of day to day operations.• Petty Cash management as daily activity• Annual Financial Projections for Rwanda ICT Chamber
