• Led the UX work for the Bose QuietComfort II experience page, which involved developing a brand new design and an enhanced layout with bespoke motion, demos, and other interactive elements for Bose's highly anticipated product of the year.• Led a department-wide transition from Adobe XD to Figma, including planning, pitching, and obtaining buy-in from dozens of relevant stakeholders. Subsequently, organized a series of workshops to introduce the tool to the wider department and familiarize them with the new ways of working.• Helped define our platform migration requirements by facilitating 7 input workshops with 38 stakeholders. This process provided input for 200+ user stories, which were then reviewed by leadership.• Wireframed and advanced the research for Bose Collabs, the platform for showcasing Bose partnerships. Our task was to leverage existing components from the CMS to create a fresh and distinctive design.

In addition to responsibilities as Senior UX Designer:• Organised and led conversations to discuss ways to improve our design processes within the agency• Researched, implemented and communicated several of the design tools used for the design department, including Figma and Miro

• Lead UX designer for a key agency account, designing an omni-channel platform for two of their global fashion brands• Researched retail trends and best practices for omni-channel services• Planned and facilitated Design Sprints involving various stakeholders from both client and agency side• Crafted design strategies and explained design decisions to Product Owners involved on the platform• Maintained the design of the platform through an Agile way of working

While studying architecture, I was selected to work with Japanese architect Tetsuo Kondo for an internship in Tokyo. Here I worked drafting texts in English for international publications, making scale models and taking photography.
