Current• Works closely with the MODSIM officer developing and conducting all necessary functions and contract personnel support required for verification, validation, and accreditation of MODSIM used in operational testing.• Works with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) understanding the statements of work and specifications for contract personnel.• Works directly with test team personnel in planning and conduction tests.• Assist with developing cost proposal for all contract support for OTC FTD.• Prepare monthly reports on the status of the contract tasking and work accomplished.• Interface very closely with the COR and manage all aspects of the task. • Present recommendations and solution to the COR and the COR's staff on solving personnel issues and provides leadership and guidance to others as needed. • Conduct personnel interviews for new applicants. Provide an evaluation of their experience and abilities. • Perform employee evaluations, write performance appraisals, and counsels employees as necessary.• Ensures that all ExCIS simulation models are interacting correctly with AFATDS and other tactical systems. • Evaluates the technical capabilities of software and hardware and provides recommendations as to their usefulness. • Provides ExCIS data analysis support, developing SQL scripts to produce reports of all collected data.• Works closely with Operations Research System Analyst (ORSA) evaluating ExCIS data. • Provides data and operations management, software programming, and technical support for operational testing by means of automated data acquisition, emulation of digital communications, relational database management, software programming and maintenance. • Develop and use integrated applications with the following software to aid in data management, reporting, manipulation, and analysis using Linux, Oracle PL*SQL, Oracle SQL*PLUS.
