• Coordinated the budgeting and forecasting process for PNC Wealth Management. Primarily responsible for budgeting and forecasting IM&T revenue and personnel expenses for 20 markets within the PNC footprint.• Analyzed monthly, quarterly, and annual variances between actual results and the business line’s budget and forecast. Prepared reports for PNC’s executive management outlining major variance drivers.• Created a variety of financial models to estimate the impact of long-term strategies. Participated in the long-range strategic planning for the Wealth Management business by incorporating macroeconomic variables, market opportunities, and corporate goals. Involved in modeling initiatives that identified potential incremental revenue of $260MM by 2016.• Performed monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accruals and submitted accounting entries to PNC’s accounting department. Verified appropriate accounting procedures for income statement and balance sheet accounts.

• Selected a menu of third-party asset managers to be incorporated into client investment portfolios.
