Eric Neumann, Ph.D. is a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group. His areas of expertise include strategic talent management and succession planning. He has extensive experience in executive assessment and coaching and has served as the practice area leader for both the assessment and 360 feedback businesses in Korn Ferry's Chicago office. Throughout his tenure he has consistently had responsibility for managing some of the firm's largest client relationships. In his previous role as Assistant General Manager Dr. Neumann hired and trained some of the firm’s most successful consultants. Dr. Neumann has delivered consulting services on five continents. His consulting experience includes several large-scale organization development efforts as well as the design and delivery of training programs in the areas of leadership, interviewing, safety, performance appraisal, communication, interpersonal relations, and individual development. Further, he has designed selection systems for both the private and public sector. Prior to working for Korn Ferry Hay Group, Dr. Neumann held leadership, consulting and sales roles at PDI Ninth House and Medina and Thompson in Chicago and PRADCO in Ohio. Dr. Neumann has a B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State University and both an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. There he served as a faculty member in the University’s Department of Psychology and its Community and Technical College where he taught classes in Human Resource Management and Human Relations.Dr. Neumann is a 9-time recipient of PDI’s Chairman’s Award for consulting.
