With more than 26 years of experience in student housing, Eric has developed a robust software solution that helps student housing owners and operators streamline leasing activity, gather and analyze critical market data, and make informed decisions to remain competitive in their markets.In addition to leading Rentametrix, Eric serves as the CEO of ENE Group, a firm specializing in the development and management of student housing projects. Under his leadership, ENE Group has developed a reputation for creating high-quality, well-located student housing communities, enhancing the living experience for students and offering exceptional value to investors and operators.Eric’s expertise blends his deep knowledge of the student housing sector with a passion for technology-driven solutions. Rentametrix is the result of his dedication to transforming how the industry approaches leasing management, market analysis, and operational efficiency, empowering businesses to make smarter, data-driven decisions.Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University and an MBA from Southern Wesleyan University.
