CurrentAs Commercial Director Snacks I am leading the full category development across our markets (Nordics & Baltics), through establishing and running our long-term category strategy. The role has the full category PnL responsibility, owning all main topline, brand, commercial and portfolio initiatives as well as structural development across markets, reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer. Snacks is the largest of the Group’s three categories (incl Confectionary and Biscuits), representing approx. 50% of the business, with net sales >4,2 B SEK, with strong nbr 1 and 2 positions through leading brands such as OLW (SE), KIMs (DK, NO) Taffel (FI) and more.
