• Created and implemented a field plan focused on persuasion and turnout, which was an integral piece of our campaign’s defense against a strong Republican challenge during an unfavorable election cycle for Democrats.
• Hired, trained, and coached a team of 3 field organizers, 27 campaign interns, and over 500 campaign volunteers which resulted in the campaign conducting over 385,000 texts and 115,000 voter contact attempts on doors.

• Created and managed a district-wide, coordinated GOTV program which completed one complete pass over the GOTV universe; knocking 30,000 doors, making 20,000 calls, and sending nearly 250,000 texts.
