2004 : Founder of the First waterpolo education centre (WOC) en director of this institute. Responsible for the program in combination with high school program .2005 : In combination with the Dutch Waterpolo federation and Olympic committee, expanding training programs in the region west of Holland as the director of the Waterpolo education centre (WOC Alphen ad Rijn) , including health programm, mental training. Being a member of the technical committe of the Dutch waterpolo federation.2009 : Expanding staff (8 trainers) in the WOC and lead the education centre, with a totall of more than 100 sporters. Setting up a training program for waterpolo trainers in the region. Being the director of the WOC and a foundation in Alphen ad Rijn, called : moving for young children (verantwoord stoeien)2010 : In the city of Alphen aan den Rijn responsible for development of the Waterpolo and making plans to combine sports and school. Teaching Waterpolo trainers as an certified coach in sport.2016 : Starting the talent programm in the city of The Hague and responsible for the talent training centre waterpolo, as headcoach.

• At the request of the KNZB and the city of The Hague, asked to set up the RTC Training center for talented waterpolo children in The Hague. Integrated the training and development program of the RTC waterpolo in The Hague with the Topsport The Hague and the Topsport talent school of the Segbroek college and KNZB. • Gave exposure of the Junior National Team selection procedure, to the highly talented boys and girls• RTC program comprised of mental training, physical training, and nutritional information was developed to optimize and develop the young athletes. This program is used by other RTC’s in the Netherlands as the prime example to strive for across all the regions.

As president of the owner’s association I strive for protecting the quality of our offerings as a unique vacation park. I excel in coordinating the interests of all of the different stakeholders which help contribute to our success. My experience as a business owner and professional sports coach in building teams, has enabled me to get our stakeholders’ heads “pointing in the same direction”.

Being reponsioble for program games during the European Cahmpionship

Head coach of the Men’s Waterpolo team in Alphen Swim Club (AZC) Won every year the National Championships, and once the National Cup. Participated three times in the European Cup Tournament as a coach. Initiated the creation of the Top Sport Policy Plan, which is focused on raising the performance level to compete with the European top teams. Fortified the training program with morning training and power training. Maintained contacts with international colleagues- trainers and coaches to keep up to date on the latest waterpolo developments. Stimulated trainers and team managers to strive for Top Sport Mentality.

Director and owner of the car dealership Citroën in Gouda.Increased sales from three to ten million Euro's in twelve years. Responsible for staff, including recruitment and on- boarding of new employees. Responsible for managing the finances and operations. Provided opportunities for young mechanics to combine work with school. Won several distinguished awards for service from the importer. Obtained the approval from the municipality to build a new building for the business.
