• Lead, manage and support negotiation and contracting on new complex sales opportunities:
• Deal shaping and commercial strategy
• Align solution-contract-commercials including any subcontractor components
• Contract drafting and reviews
• Negotiate and provide support and advice to the deal team
• Align internal policies and standards to contract documents

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements: solution licensing, consulting services, nondisclosure, pilot and charter, software development, alliances and evaluation; as well as contract amendments and assignments.
• Develop and maintain productive partnership relationships, both domestically and internationally, with Sales, Legal, IT, Finance, Consulting, Product Management and Product Marketing.
• Lead and manage concurrent time-sensitive projects involving international stakeholders.
• Draft updates to form agreements and maintain a library of current version agreements. Create multi-lingual agreement versions as necessary with the assistance of external translation companies.
• Work with various stakeholders on new products in order to develop licensing strategy, to set pricing and to create in-line or third party license agreements as appropriate.
• Liaise with the appropriate legal resources to address and resolve data privacy and intellectual property issues and compliance items related to import, export, anti-corruption and embargoes.
