As a maintenance supervisor at Speno Rail, I am responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of the rail grinding machines and vehicles, as well as coordinating and scheduling the maintenance crew and contractors. I also contribute to the improvement of the maintenance procedures and standards, and support the training and development of the team. Previously, as a workshop supervisor at Ashburton 4wd, I oversaw the repair and servicing of a variety of vehicles, as well as the management of the store inventory, budget and customer service. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results, enhancing efficiency and productivity, and fostering a collaborative, and supportive work environment.
