Laboratory Analyst
Current Carrying out testing on materials/beverages using a variety of instrumentation, includingUPLC & RF-IC and Wets Chemistry, following the required methodology according to qualityguidelines. Perform Method Development and Validation of UPLC-PDA Method. Interpret data and calibration curves on Empower 3 software ensuring results meet targets. Experience in the use of various software’s such as Sample Manager LIMS, Lab X, Empower,Chromeleon. Perform sensory analysis on samples to detect possible off-notes. Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation to a high standard. Great knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems(QMS). Perform Internal Audits to ensure compliance. Deliver training to new team members on testing methods. Support the Production laboratory with investigations when required. Manage the laboratories VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) system. Write, review and update Analytical Methods.
