During my tenure I have earned over fourteen years of security experience, including five years of supervision and two years of operations management. I have managed or supervised up to and over twenty five security professionals at a time. This has afforded me a wide variety of experiences, from instruction in security policies and procedures to emergency management. I have used these experiences to draft, update and rewrite several policies and procedures manuals and emergency management guides, as well as budgets. The primary function of any professional security team should be focused on customer service, for their clientele as well as their employer. Training and constant re-training are paramount to maintaining a functional security team.
