Current Monitoring Library Activities on a regular basis. Design and implementation of Library M&E activities. Actively plan, maintain and communicate a schedule for all M&E activities with relevant parties Develop and ensure adherence to a detailed implementation plan for all M&E activities Develop project qualitative and quantitative M&E tools and field test for Library projects Lead office accountability practices including developing methodologies, and collecting and analysing data Train Library teachers, project and partner staff on relevant M&E tools, concepts, methods and skills Conducting of project surveys or evaluations, advising partners and project staff with regards to methodology, staff requirements and timing of surveys or evaluations Managing the collection and archiving of quality photos and videos of the projects for purposes of reporting and communicating the projects activities. Organization of reflection meetings/workshops to discuss M&E findings and learning to guide decision making and action in School Libraries Ensuring that key learning’s from projects are systematically captured and used to improve on project implementation for current and future projects Develop and maintain information tracking systems for indicators and indicator performance tracking tables.
