Internal review of civil drawings before execution. • Supervision of all retrofit works for a number of clients including Vivo Energy, Total, French Embassy, Allied Ghana. Projects supervised include;▪ Knock down and Rebuild of Tema Shell Service Station for Vivo Energy.▪ Retrofitting works for all main and ancillary structures at Elmina Service Station▪ Retrofitting works for Total Petroleum Ghana at their various retail stations (Sakumono, Teshie Tumu etc.)▪ Extension of ware house shed at Tema Shell Depot• Preparation of project management plan ahead of permit acquisition on a project • Cost, risk and quality management of different aspects of the company’s projects. Enforcement of HSE policies and instruments during project execution • Client expectations management with the cardinal clients of the outfit being Vivo Energy and Total Petroleum Ghana. • Project reporting to clients (Total, Vivo Energy, Promasidor, Nestle, Allied Ghana etc.) and management • Project performance monitoring using Primavera, Excel and Microsoft project • Coordination of projects through design and implementation models for both project engineers and site supervisors working on steel fabrication and installation as well as concrete structure projects.
