NCSA Athletic Recruiting is the largest athletic recruiting network in the country. Here at NCSA we scout and recruit for college programs all across the country helping them with identifying qualified student athletes to add to their programs. At the same time we work with qualified student athletes, helping them and their families navigate the college athletic recruiting process and ultimately helping them find the right fit schools for their academic and athletic aspirations. My responsibilities include bringing in/qualifying potential clients by calling from a large list of potential recruits. Once a recruit was on the phone, it was my responsibility to then educate the recruit on the NCSA Network and qualify that recruit by making sure they met the minimum criteria needed to be a part of the NCSA Network. After qualifying a recruit, it was then my responsibility to figure out what they're looking for in a future school/future athletic program and then advise the recruit on what it will take to get to the school/athletic program they're looking for. Finally, I would need to educate the recruit on how the recruiting process works while at the same time creating deficit and why they will need to speak with my Senior National Scout, who would in turn enroll them into the NCSA Network.
