I'm passionate about transforming creative design ideas into practical and innovative engineering solutions. My experience spans mechanical design and analysis, computational fluid dynamics, software product development, and systems engineering.At Barrow Green LLC, as a guest researcher at the Army Research Lab, I leveraged my materials testing skills and CAD knowledge to develop a prototype personal cooling device using elasto-caloric materials. This project highlighted my ability to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application in problem-solving.My passion for space technologies led me to the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, where, as a turbomachinery intern, I conducted fluid flow analysis on hydrogen pump designs for the Nuclear Thermal Propulsion project. There, I expanded my skills in computational fluid dynamics and conducted trade studies on materials and manufacturing methods.I currently work at KBR, Inc. as a Systems Engineer, working with the GOES-R series of environmental sensing satellites. As a key member of the Total Operational Weather Readiness - Satellites (TOWR-S) team, I develop data analysis and visualization tools that support National Weather Service operations.I thoroughly enjoy bringing products from ideation to fruition, keeping customer needs and feedback at the heart of the design process. I graduated with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and continue to bring that same spirit of learning and innovation to my work.I'm always open to exploring new opportunities, engaging in meaningful conversations around engineering innovations, and leveraging my skills to design systems that solve real-world problems.
