Consultant to Sococo de Costa Rica, a construction contractor working on the expansion of the tailing storage facility for the Pueblo Viejo Gold Mine in the Dominican Republic. Scope of work is construction earthworks and includes coffer dam construction and tailing storage facility raising.Participating in the estimation, planning and execution of individual projects totaling $43m. Maintaining a high level of safety, with over 1,000,000 man-hours accident free.

Responsible for Perilya Ltd.'s construction and development projects in the Americas. Annual budget of approximately $2.0m for studies, engineering, and consultants.Completed a scoping study on a nickel laterite project in the Dominican Republic with an estimated capital cost of $20m. Successfully delivered a scoping study on the feasibility of mining the deep extension of Cerro de Maimón ore body via underground methods. Estimated capital of this project is $60m. Completed a preliminary engineering program (metallurgical, capital and operating cost) on a proposed expansion and circuit modification of the Cerro de Maimón sulfide mill in the Dominican Republic. Estimated capital cost is $30m to $40m. Delivered a scoping study on the Moblan Lithium project to the joint venture partners. Moblan is a spodumene deposit in northern Quebec with an estimated capital cost of $350m. Republic. Estimated capital cost is $30m to $40m.

Responsible for the company's operating Cerro de Maimón Mine in the Dominican Republic, $35m per year annual operating budget, the mine employed 300 people including contractors, sales of $90m per annum.Developed and delivered a water management solution utilizing onsite resources which included the construction of a new 375 m3/hour reverse osmosis plant to remove all metal ions and cyanide before discharge into the environment. Capital cost was $6.5m. Construction and commissioning successfully completed in July 2011.Maintained excellent community relations and implemented various sustainability programs, including education and micro-finance initiatives. Delivered strong operating performance after commissioning and during the first two years of operations. Developed a culture of safety and delivered strong safety performance with zero LTI and 1.37 frequency rate.

Retained as a consultant to lead the Company through detailed engineering, procurement, and construction of a new mine and plant capable of treating 1300 tpd of copper sulfide ore via flotation and 700 tpd of gold ore via cyanidation followed by Merrill-Crowe. Successfully delivered $70m capital project on time and on budget working under the direction of the COO. Managed the commissioning process to achieve commercial completion in January 2009, four months after completion of construction. Oversaw detailed engineering performed by consultants. Developed a successful construction and engineering team through direct hire and utilization of consultants. Developed in-house final operating and capital costs for NI 43-101 report.Hired a successful operating team, focusing mainly on local resources. Developed and successfully implemented training and safety programs in a country where this is not the norm. Directed and managed a construction team of twelve, including Project Manager. Construction Manager and Engineers.

Authored Technical Reports as a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 for both open pit and underground resources and reserves. Responsible for developing ore reserves/mining plan for a pre-feasibility study for the expansion of an existing copper operation to more than 30,000 tpd. Expansion included new mining fleet and construction of a flotation mill for copper and molybdenum recovery. Studies published as a NI 43-101 report. Expansion is operating. Provided strategic advice to both Canadian and American mining companies with regards to project acquisition and corporate merger. Prepared property and/or company valuations.
