Learning And Development Facilitator Team Leader
CurrentReview training materials prior to training. Research, observe, and utilize business area resources and processes to ensure current knowledge of the expectations and course objectives.Facilitate training in a variety of mediums including in-person instructor-led and virtual.Manage the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning.Guide participants through the content utilizing various facilitation techniques, adjusting style as necessary.Assess class performance and curriculum and delivery effectiveness.Work with leaders to support participants' transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace.Independently use sound judgement to address participants' performance gaps during training.Participate with the L&D instructional designers in development of learning practices, tools, technology, and learning solutions.Reviews participant class evaluations and analyzes trends. Makes recommendations and implements solutions to address trends.Participate in post class evaluation process including assessing participant job performance and determining business impacts and results.Audit existing content on an ongoing basis to ensure lessons are current, effective, and meet business needs.Conduct Train the Trainer Workshops and provide coaching to HR team members who facilitate training.Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
