Support of 600+ HP Rackmount and IBM Power Series Servers and supporting infrastructure in a Mission-Critical, High Availability, 24x7 "Lights-Out" Datacenter Environment. Server and Cabling provisioning, installations, changes, and decommissions, under weekly requests and long term projects. Hardware (“Tier 2”) Support of 850+ HP Rackmount and BladeChassis Servers and supporting infrastructure in a Mission-Critical, High Availability, 24x7 Datacenter environment, including Server Build / Repurpose / Decommission, maintenance of HP Firmware and Support Packs, analysis via HP Systems Insight Management, and changes/updates to the Production Environment via Release Planning/Engineering. Provided additional cabling/hardware support for Telecom, Network, SAN and Backup teams.Frontline (“Tier1”) support of Mission-Critical systems including all servers, Cisco Hardware, Windows 2000/2003 Server, VMWare ESX, MS SQL Server, MS Clustering, Citrix Metaframe, F5 Networks Big-IP, Avocent DSView. Enterprise-wide Monitoring/Maintenance, Problem Resolution, and Incident Management in a 24x7 NOC environment. Workflow and problem resolution ownership and follow up. Frequent collaboration with other I.T. functional groups.
